Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Premium Business Listings & Subscriptions
Aussie Biz Guide offers various paid tiers for businesses to enhance their visibility.

Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, your listing will remain "Premium" until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual plans are considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.

Change of Mind: We do not typically offer refunds for a "change of mind" once a listing has been processed and made live on the directory.
Non-Refundable Items

Administrative Fees: Any setup or one-off administrative fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Advertising Spend: Costs associated with specific banner advertisements or "featured" homepage slots that have already been displayed are non-refundable.
Third-Party Transactions
Aussie Biz Guide is a directory, not a service provider.

Any payments made for plumbing, electrical, or other trade services are transactions between the Consumer and the Service Provider (the business listed).

Aussie Biz Guide is not responsible for issuing refunds for services rendered by businesses found on our platform. All disputes regarding service quality or refunds for physical work must be handled directly with the business involved.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund regarding your business listing subscription, please follow these steps:

Email support@aussiebizguide.com.au with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Business Name]."

Provide your transaction ID and the reason for the request.

Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5–7 business days.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Stripe). Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
