User-Generated Content & Reviews
Eligibility: To be listed, a business must hold a valid ABN and be currently operating within Australia. Ownership of Content: Businesses retain ownership of their logos and trademarks but grant Aussie Biz Guide a non-exclusive license to display this content for promotional purposes. Cancellations: Subscription-based listings may be cancelled at any time via the user dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No Endorsement: A listing on Aussie Biz Guide does not constitute an endorsement of the business by us. Users are encouraged to verify licenses (such as QBCC for plumbers) independently.
Limitation of Liability
Honesty: Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. Aussie Biz Guide reserves the right to remove any review deemed fraudulent, defamatory, or offensive.
